Our shipment processing time is usually between 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 business days, weekends and holidays excluded) after the day of payment and payment is cleared. Although we strive to ship products out around 24 to 48 hours (1-2 business day) of payment date, please do allow us up to 72 hours (3 business days) to get your package ready and ship out to you. For example, if you purchase a product from us on Friday or during the weekend, we may ship your product out on Monday, at the earliest, or Wednesday, at the latest, of the following week. Please keep this shipping schedule in mind when you place an order with us.
Orders to the West Coast typically take 2-4 days to arrive after shipment is processed. Orders to the Midwest and East Coast take 3-5 days to arrive. All orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage.
We work hard to prevent any backorders. However, occasionally back orders do occur. We will do our best to make sure back orders are filled as quickly as possible. We will notify you if a back order happens and will allow you the option to cancel the order if you choose to or provide updates as to when the item would ship if you decided to keep the order.
